We’re delighted to announce the launch of the brand new All Police Jobs website. Our team has worked hard on the redesign to bring you a more modern and intuitive experience while browsing (or promoting) jobs, but don't worry -- we've kept everything you love about the site too!
First and foremost, we still list all current vacancies across every Home Office police force. That includes new recruitment opportunities, transferee roles, promoted positions and, of course, all staff support jobs.
For our subscribing police forces, it was essential that using All Police Jobs remained seamless. That’s why our back-end system remains unchanged. Forces can continue to access traffic data for their vacancies, edit, add or remove listings, and use the Gender Bias Toolkit to help ensure job adverts carry neutral language.
What has changed, following valuable feedback from our users, is the navigation. The updated drop-down menus now make it much quicker and easier to find the roles or geographic locations you’re looking for.
We’ve also refined the search function. There are now just two simple options — job type and location — to help you find relevant vacancies faster. And of course, you can still use both together to narrow down your results.
With a recent increase in users, we’ve also seen a rise in general enquiries from potential applicants interested in joining the police. In response, we’ve added a wealth of helpful information for anyone considering a career in policing. This includes details on the different routes into policing, the rank and pay structure, and the wide range of support roles available.
We’re committed to transparent pricing, so we’ve also included clear information about our subscription packages for police forces, as well as single advertising options for non-police public and private sector organisations looking to recruit candidates with policing skills.
Take a look around and explore the new site. You might just stumble across your dream job while you’re there!
