Since March, we’ve been beta testing our latest software feature with several UK police forces to help boost applicants to their hard-to-fill vacancies. Following the pilot's outstanding success*, we are delighted to announce that from 1st September all our subscribing police forces will automatically benefit from this feature.
How does the Google Ad Booster work?
In a nutshell, our software identifies a police force’s lowest performing job. We then craft a Google Advert using researched keywords to ensure the job advert is placed in front of the right candidates.
Over two weeks, as the advert receives more applicants and is no longer the lowest performing job, it is replaced by the next lowest performing job vacancy and the process begins again. This repeats all year round.
I’m a subscriber, do I need to do anything?
No, our software tracks your traffic and recruitment data and automatically picks up how your jobs are performing. We’re pleased to say this feature comes as part of your annual subscription so there is no additional cost involved.
*What were the beta-testing results?
We tested the feature over 12 weeks with three police forces in the South of England. The results collected by us and reported by our partnering forces was outstanding:
- Boosted Jobs receive an average of 7x more weekly traffic.
- Forces saw an immediate increase in applications for jobs that usually received none
- Overall traffic to forces with Boosted Jobs increased
How can I see the results when it starts?
We will keep you updated with the performance of the Google Ad Boosters in your monthly traffic update, though we expect you’ll see a big difference straight away.
I’m not a subscriber, can I join?
Yes! Our annual subscription includes the Google Ad Booster plus a range of other features to help increase traffic and applications. Get in touch with us today at adminsupport@chestnutmedia.co.uk.
