Our Story
The idea for All Police Jobs began in 2007 when our co-director, former police journalist Tina Orr-Munro, was reporting at a Police Federation conference.
During his speech, Sir Peter Neyroud, then Chief Constable of Thames Valley Police, highlighted the millions of pounds wasted each year on recruitment advertising — and suggested there had to be a better, cheaper, and more efficient way to recruit police officers and staff.
Tina took that thought away and, together with Richard Place and Stephen Chamberlain, developed a website that automatically collated all UK policing jobs and advertised them for free.
Since then, AllPoliceJobs.co.uk has helped save UK policing tens of millions of pounds in recruitment advertising while making recruitment more accessible and efficient for both candidates and forces.
