2017 - You asked for access to your data so you could measure how much traffic your vacancies were receiving along with ongoing support from the All Police Jobs team
We introduced annual subscriptions for all forces in England and Wales
2022 - You asked us to share your traffic figures to support your recruitment strategy
We introduced a monthly traffic summary sent to all subscribing forces
2024 - You asked for ways your recruitment department could demonstrate your commitment to recommendations within the Anglioni report.
We developed the gender bias tool kit that automatically highlights biased words and offers neutral alternatives.
2024 - You ask us to help promote your hard-to-fill vacancies
We introduced a google-ad boosting service to reach people unaware of the opportunities in policing and increasing traffic by seven times.
2025 - You asked for doubling (and tripling) options to increase the number of featured jobs and skyscrapers a force was allocated
We introduced tiered pricing.
