Thank you to all our subscribing police forces!
We talk to police recruitment departments every day of the week. We know budgets are exceptionally tight and that every penny spent must be scrutinised and justified.
For that reason, we are over the moon to report that every single one of our subscribing Home Office forces has resubscribed to All Police Jobs this year.
We’re thrilled because this tells us one thing: All Police Jobs is delivering for police recruitment departments.
In 2007, we started out with a simple mission - to offer police forces a truly effective, but low cost alternative to traditional forms of recruitment advertising.
We gathered all police jobs into one easily accessible jobs board, free of charge. If police forces wanted to give their jobs an extra boost we offered a number of very low cost options.
Eighteen years later, we have grown considerably. We're now the leading resource for police jobs, attracting over a million visitors a year. We consistently feature at the top of Google searches.
We still list every force’s job for free - that’s never going to change - but a couple of years ago, forces started telling us they wanted more from us.
We listened and we responded.
All Police Jobs now offers:
10x Featured Jobs: these appear at the top of the All Police Jobs landing page and receive 4x more traffic than regular listings. For non-subscribers, these cost £600 each.
1x Skyscraper Advert: these appear at the side of every page of the website. These run for one-month and receive upwards of 100,000 views at minimum. These cost £1000 for non subscribers. We also design this in-house for you free of charge.
Year-long Google Ad Boosters: our newest technology identifies your lowest performing job and creates a bespoke Google Advert to reach new audiences. These run for two weeks and receive an average of 7x more clicks. More info on these below!
Unlimited use of our Gender Bias Toolkit: this is a tech-driven response to the Angiolini report. By using the toolkit, forces can reduce or eliminate gendered language which deters female applicants from clicking the apply button.
Unlimited access to your traffic figures: we believe in transparency for our subscribers, and you can keep an eye on your jobs, clicks and applications throughout your subscription.
Monthly traffic updates to your inbox: we know how busy things can get, so just in case, we send you your traffic stats and remaining features every month to keep you in the loop!
Social Media Promotion: we advertise all of your featured jobs on LinkedIn to our 2,300+ followers as an extra push.
A/B Testing on request: we have put our decades of police recruitment knowledge to good use to improve job adverts. We test multiple different versions of your ad to see which perform better and improve it's quality and increase applications as a result.
All of the above features can be purchased separately but we found forces wanted them all so we introduced an annual subscription. This was new territory for us, but felt it was the right direction to go in.
This is why we are so delighted that everyone has renewed their subscription as well as welcoming several first-time subscribers.
So, this is a thank you from everyone at All Police Jobs.
But we don’t plan on standing still. We will continue to look for ways in which we can support police recruitment and we will continue to strive to offer police forces a solution that is cost effective and results orientated.
If there is something we’re not doing that you think would help you in your recruitment role, please get in touch. If you would like to discuss any of the features we offer either individually or as part of an annual subscription, drop us a line to richard@allpolicejobs.co.uk or via the contact form on this page.
