What you’ll be doing
- Developing an understanding of several systems, taking responsibility for the design and delivery of ICT systems training.
- Creating and maintaining learning content, incorporating different learning styles using the latest training methods.
- Consult as a ‘user expert’ working with IT and Project Teams on the implementation of new operational IT systems
The must haves
- Hold a Level 4 Learning and Development qualification with relevant work experience, and hold or be willing to obtain, the College of Policing Training Essentials Programme (TEP).
- Understanding and skilled in IT Training design and delivery to a wide range of learners.
- Proven record designing, delivering and evaluating management and leadership learning & development programmes.
