Job Title: Recruitment and Development Officer - HUMINT - Counter Terrorism Policing HQ
Salary: The starting salary is £37,510.
The salary is broken down as £37,510 basic salary, which will increase annually until you reach the top of the scale £40,141.

The role of the HUMINT Recruitment and Development Officer will be to support the National HUMINT Unit’s (NHU) improvement delivery plan to support Counter Terrorism Policing.
The NHU leads on implementing the CTP HUMINT Strategy with partner agencies and seeks to enhance and maximise the intelligence opportunities that HUMINT offers.
The role will be overseen by the NHU training supervisor but will be regionally based.
Key Tasks
The post holder will be required to work with the CTPHQ National HUMINT Training portfolio and specifically to undertake direct responsibility for managing the regional recruitment, training, development and retention of staff within the CTP HUMINT capability.
Vetting
This post requires access to the most sensitive intelligence material on a daily basis. Applicants must hold or be prepared to undergo National Security Vetting (NSV) Developed Vetting (DV) level before taking up the post.
This post requires British nationality (some dual nationals may be ineligible) and an Enhanced Security Check/Developed Vetting (DV)] clearance.
As the post holder will have access to very sensitive information, there are limitations on travelling to a small number of countries and we will undertake additional security checks as part of the recruitment process.
