Our Fleet team currently have an opening to join us as a Fleet Technician. This is a full time, permanent position within a fleet team of 12, distributed around the county.

You will need to be a level 3 or above vehicle technician (or equivalent), experienced in fault diagnosis, repair and servicing procedures.

You will primarily work in the western fleet garage in Workington. You will assist in the delivery of a well maintained, diverse, specialised fleet of police vehicles to officers and staff of Cumbria Constabulary, enabling them to deliver a first class policing service to the county.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive individual with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.

Working hours Mon – Fri, 08:00 – 16:00, with no expectations of weekend working.
Salary is £33,603.00 - £35,772.00 per annum + 23% market forces supplement. This supplement will be subject to annual review.
