Salary: £27,204 – £42,612 (progression scheme, dependent on experience and skills)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
West Yorkshire Police is seeking a Performance Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the Force’s strategic objectives through insightful performance analysis and reporting.
About the Role
As a Performance Analyst, you will work collaboratively within a team to:
- Design, develop, and interpret performance measures aligned with Force strategy.
- Provide high-quality analysis and evaluation to support effective decision-making.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights that drive improvements in productivity and performance across the organisation.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Educated to degree level in a relevant subject with a quantitative element, or has equivalent experience in a related field.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to communicate complex information clearly.
- Ideally experienced in developing performance products using Power BI (and also experience of MS Office Suite.
