We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Motor Vehicle Service Advisor to join our busy automotive service team. You will act as the key link between customers, the workshop and third party service providers, ensuring an excellent service experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and manage service/maintenance bookings (in person, phone, and online)
- Accurately record vehicle details and service requirements
- Liaise with workshop supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and updates
- Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver outstanding service
- Handle third party companies for roadside breakdowns
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety standards
