The workforce development officer role advertised, works in the development team and provides central support for the forces talent management activities including Professional Development Reviews (PDR), national Fast Track Constable to Inspector (FTCI) programme, force coaching and mentoring scheme, exam and promotion support through online and face to face inputs, facilitation of 2-day workplace coaching skills course and 1-day workplace mentoring course.
There will be an expectation for the role holder to travel across the force area when required, to support local talent development needs
