Who are we looking for?
- High performing substantive Sergeants ready for promotion
- Experienced Inspectors wishing to join West Mercia Police via level transfer.
Substantive Sergeants must have:
- A minimum of 12 months’ service in rank
- Successful completion of NPPF Step 4.
As an Inspector, you will be both a leader and mentor, guiding your teams with confidence, resilience and strong operational capability. You will take a people-focused approach, supporting others to develop their skills, reach their potential and progress in their careers.
