Multi-Faith Police Chaplain
Role Purpose
To provide pastoral and spiritual care for members of the Force and where appropriate, their families and friends.
You will be required to demonstrate in your application the minimum requirement for the role:
- Experience of working in a highly diverse multi-faith Chaplaincy role or other related faith - based work supporting others
- Experience of working effectively as part of a team, able to work and integrate with colleagues in both the place of worship and teams within a place of work
- An ability to remain calm and understanding in stressful situations.
- Experience of maintaining strict confidentiality, using tact and diplomacy where applicable.
- Experience of communicating across a wide spectrum of people, both individuals and in groups including speaking and listening skills.
We have 2 Vacancies, one will support our Eastern Division covering Wrexham & Flintshire and one will support our Central Division covering Conwy & Denbigshire.
Candidates should live in the respective areas and have the capacity to offer 4 hours a week on a consistent basis
