We are looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Customer Operations Officer to join our Learning & Organisational Development team.
In this varied role you will:
- Be the first point of contact for colleagues, visitors, and training delegates, delivering high‑quality reception and administrative support across a busy learning environment.
- Coordinate course and event bookings, manage venue arrangements, maintain accurate training records across multiple HR and learning systems, and provide a professional and welcoming service to all who attend the Centre.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, can juggle multiple priorities, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service.
You will also play a key part in supporting national police examinations, internal and external training delivery, and essential compliance processes. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll handle sensitive information, ensure adherence to national standards, and help maintain efficient, well‑organised operations across the Centre. With strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems, you’ll contribute directly to the smooth running of a high‑performing People Directorate team.
