Applications are sought for the role of Constable Driver Training.
Within the role you will be: Successful candidates will initially be expected to complete a three week College of Policing Training Essential Programme qualification. Initially candidates will be required to deliver prescribed training to meet national standards for response drivers, before progressing onto more specialised driving courses. Training will include classroom theory delivery, driving demonstrations, and practical mentoring and coaching of learners to develop their skills to meet these standards. Training is predominantly conducted from Defford, before using the road of West Mercia’s three counties and beyond.
