- Detective Constable Transferees
As a Detective Constable joining Northamptonshire Police, you will play a vital role in some of our most complex and rewarding investigations. We will seek to match your skills, experience and interests wherever possible while also providing opportunities to broaden your expertise and develop your career through continued professional development, specialist training and new investigative opportunities.
Whether your background is in safeguarding, child protection, domestic abuse, serious violence, offender management or other investigative disciplines, we want to hear from you. Come and help us drive improvements in investigation standards and deliver outstanding service to victims and our communities.
Your pay scale will be in line with your continuous service. Some roles have an additional ‘Critical Skills Payment’.
