Join our Financial Investigation Team!
Be part of a strong investigative team providing specialised financial investigative support to the Force. You'll provide advice and training to all officers with regards to the relevant aspects of financial investigative work, support police operations, criminal investigations and other relevant police functions.
You'll also conduct financial enquiries, prepare files and progress cases through the Magistrate's and Crown Courts.
You’ll need:
- To be substantive in the role of Detective Constable and a PIP 2 qualified investigator.
- Have proven skills in teamwork and working with external agencies.
- To demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation and working to a high standard.
You must have
- Attended the Financial Intelligence Officer course provided by the National
Crime Agency and currently hold national accreditation in Financial Intelligence or suspended accreditation. - A proven background in financial investigative work, presenting in Court and liaising
with prosecutors.

For part time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
