Counter Terrorism Policing North West (CTPNW) is a five-force collaboration delivering Counter Terrorism (CT) services to our regional forces as well as forming part of the national CT Network. CTPNWs mission is to work together to keep people safe from terrorism.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in supporting Counter Terrorism Policing Northwest (CTPNW) Surveillance operations through the effective management of specialist assets and operational support resources. As the lead for the CTPNW Surveillance Fleet and Deputy Coordinator of the Regional Support Group (RSG), you will contribute directly to the delivery of operational capability across the region.
You will be responsible for the overall management, maintenance, coordination and deployment of the CTPNW Surveillance vehicle fleet, ensuring all assets remain operationally ready, compliant and fit for purpose.
In your role as Deputy Coordinator for the Regional Support Group, you will provide essential support in the administration, coordination and deployment of RSG resources in response to operational requirements. You will maintain and develop effective relationships with key policing partners and stakeholders, representing CTPNW professionally and fostering strong collaborative working practices.
Working closely with operational teams, you will provide tactical advice, contribute to planning processes and assist in developing operational strategies that mitigate risk and support successful outcomes.
This role requires a proactive, highly organised individual with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The successful applicant will also be prepared to deploy as part of the RSG team where required, supporting operational plans.
