An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Technician - Fleet in Fleet Services in Newtown, Powys
What you will be doing?
To service, repair, diagnose and commission Fleet vehicles in an efficient and timely manner, supporting operational policing and departmental requirements.
- To service and repair Force vehicles to meet MOT and Dyfed Powys Police
- To fabricate and repair vehicles and install specialist electronic equipment to meet operational
- To commission and decommission vehicles so the Fleet standards are
- To implement fault investigation and undertake remedial action where appropriate to ensure the continued effectiveness of the Forces vehicle fleet.
- To be available for special Force incidents (which will sometimes incur overtime) and provide support in all areas of transport.
