Support Assistant Prevention, Bolton 685

The successful applicant will provide administrative support to a range of processes, updating and maintaining electronic records/spreadsheets and other Intelligence functions. 

The post holder will be required to provide excellent customer service to all customers (internal and external) and partner agencies, deal with telephone queries, deal with email enquiries, responding as appropriate and/or disseminating information.

You must have the ability to carry out duties/tasks relevant to the post including checking / inputting information and associated filing, maintaining electronic records or systems, ensuring all information is relevant and recorded accurately.

It is essential that you have experience of computer software applications e.g. Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer. Keyboard experience and knowledge of computer applications, including database and word processing applications is vital.

The candidate must show high organisational skills and be proficient in time management. A good attendance record is also an essential requirement for this role.
