A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and motivated individual to take on the role of Staff Officer to the ACC for Regional Collaboration and Transformation across Cleveland, Durham and Northumbria.
The role is open to those at the rank of Inspector (or on promotion pathway to Inspector) or police staff, we are looking to find the best fit for the role based on current skills, knowledge and behaviours, rather than being specific to grade or rank. We therefore welcome applications from colleagues who feel they meet the essential criteria detailed below. The role profile will take into account the current grade of the individual and the skills and experience they have that aligns to the role.
Location: This role will be based within the Northumbria Police force area, however, will require frequent travel to Cleveland and Durham either independently or with the ACC.
The role supports agile working, with a mix of office-based and remote working in line with service needs.
Contract: 37 hours per week for Police Staff and 40 hours per week for Police Officers, 2 year secondment (potential for the position to be extended).
This a 2 year secondment where we want the successful candidate to commit to the duration
