We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join the Public Access Team within Information Management. The role involves researching, analysing, and summarising information from police records for sharing with the Probation Service in line with national information-sharing agreements. Information provided supports the management of offenders, risk assessment, and efforts to reduce reoffending.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing clear, concise written summaries, making informed decisions regarding the relevance, necessity, and sensitivity of information, and maintaining accurate records of information shared. This role requires excellent written communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment, often working to tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Working closely with Probation Service colleagues, you will help ensure the lawful and effective exchange of information between organisations.

The role is part time 18.5 hours consisting of Wednesday half day, Thursday and Friday full days.
