We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join a newly established Out of Court Resolution Team from the 1st October
.
The team will support Cumbria Constabulary to address low level offending as part of the Out of Court Resolution framework working with victims and offenders to reduce re-offending within Cumbria and to deliver Restorative Justice to victims and offenders in Cumbria.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- To triage and allocate all referrals to the OOCR team
- Liaise with internal and external partners to support the OOCR team
- To update and monitor compliance of online intervention programme
- Respond to queries sent to the OOCR Team
.
This is a central role in our team and we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is able to use their own initiative to proactively track and manage referrals which come to the Out of Court Resolution Team.
