Service Engagement Manager

Be the critical interface between DDaT and our force!

As our Service Engagement Manager, you will lead a team of Operations Analysts providing a critical function to major incident and problem coordination.

You’ll be involved with core policing solutions and will develop and improve capabilities for all users.

You will ensure ongoing service performance and evolution, optimising lifecycle to maximise value and benefits for investment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop an understanding of business objectives, operational challenges and service requirements
  • Investigate complex problem situations and diagnose underlying causes
  • Lead the Service Engagement Team, ensuring tasks to the team are resources, timescales understood and communicated.

The must haves

  • Experience of managing or working as part of an engagement team
  • Experience of reviewing, developing and implementing new processes
  • Ability to manage and understand day to day operational technology issues.
