An secondment opportunity has arisen in the Human Resources department for a Senior Officer until September 2027.
Purpose of the Role
Provides HR Operations support to designated business areas of the Force or manages the HR Operations Support Team. Supports the HR Manager with the provision of a comprehensive case management and advisory service including performance and attendance support processes, Police Staff conduct matters etc. Provides support and case management direction to HR Officers and supervises Assistant HR Officers. Has responsibility for a designated element of Corporate Support activity and supervises the HR Operations Support Team.
