Works within the Occupational Health (OH) team providing a high quality, evidence based clinical advisory service to Managers, Staff and Officers of Dorset Police, advising on physical and psychological aspects of fitness for work, in addition to general health and wellbeing guidance and support to internal and external customers. Deputises for the OH Lead Nurse Consultant and acts as a role model in demonstrating high standards of clinical care and the provision of leadership to the OH team on all matters pertaining to service delivery and people management health and wellbeing support.
