Join us at the start of an ambitious transformation, where you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of digital policing, work with emerging technologies, influence meaningful change and build a rewarding career that makes a real difference to our organisation and the communities we serve.

About the role

  • Support the continual improvement of service management processes through automation, data insight and user feedback.
  • Promote the reuse of workflows, components, templates and configuration patterns to accelerate delivery and reduce complexity.
  • Contribute to the growth of DDaT capability by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues and championing modern low-code development practices.

About you and your experience

  • Experience designing, configuring and supporting solutions within Halo ITSM or a comparable low-code service management platform.
