Secretary – Police Collaboration Wales

We are looking for a highly organised individual to join us on a permanent basis.

About Police Collaboration Wales (PCW)

  • We work across projects and programmes in police forces in Wales to aid the delivery of collaboration. These projects include areas such as sustainability, people, digital, forensics and more!
  • We work from our offices in the Bridgend area, 9-5 Monday-Friday, though we do sometimes support activity on the weekends and evenings.

About the role and your key responsibilities:  

The post holder will support the Police Collaboration Wales Assistant Chief Constable and Programme Manager by…

  • Providing day to day management of very busy diaries.
  • Organising meetings and events, including with external partners.
  • Recording minutes and actions from meetings.

What skills and experience do we need you to bring to the role:

We are keen to hear from you if you are well organised, proficient in Microsoft applications with previous experienced of secretarial and administrative work. You must be able to work with a wide range of people, have clear communications skills and be able to champion the work of the department.

The successful Candidate must be willing to undergo vetting to MV/SC Vetting.
