An exciting opportunity is available to be part of a high performing team in a fast-paced environment within the Uniform Operations Events planning team.
Your role will be to plan and risk assess events across Cheshire such as music festival, Football matches and charity events, ensuring the right policing resources are in the right place at the right time to maintain operational service delivery at the required levels.
As part of your role, you will also support the wider operations team and in the force operations room.
You should be able to work in a methodical and organised manner, process and analyse information and proactively identify potential issues and propose solutions, with good attention to detail and accuracy
Candidates must be able to develop strong working relationships inside and outside of the team with colleagues at all levels to provide support and maximise performance. Confidence in making decisions along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage upwards is critical to the role.
The ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritise tasks and work on your own initiative is key to this role along with demonstrating resilience with the confidence to challenge and influence colleagues at all levels.
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
