RPA BUSINESS ANALYST
Role Purpose:
Responsibility for supporting the delivery of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) project successfully within force, through scoping, analysing and recommending improvements to processes to ensure successful robotic automations. This post will be within the RPA team in the Project Management Officer (PMO), ensuring that North Wales Police are successfully exploiting the RPA capability year on year.
This role requires effective collaboration with other RPA Business Analysts, Business Analysts, Developers and business area leads to embed successful change. You will play a crucial part in North Wales Police’s development of a new RPA capability under the Head of Change / Digital Senior responsible owner.
You will be required to demonstrate in your application the minimum requirement for the role:
- Degree level of education demonstrating qualitative and quantitative research experience or proven level of relevant experience.
- Experience in robotic process automation or the desire to upskill in this area.
- Excellent organisational skills, together with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines in a high- pressure environment.
- Evidence of good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different business areas.
- Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment to address emerging issues and complex customer requirements, while maintaining a high level of service to the organisation.
- Ability to analyse and question existing processes to ensure a full and correct understanding is gained.
- Good experience in requirements management to capture business processes using both existing process documentation and process walk-throughs with the staff performing the process.
