Response Constable - Transferring Officer

Ready for your next chapter in policing? Lincolnshire Police is looking for dedicated transferees.

Whether you're seeking a new challenge, a fresh environment, or a force that values your contribution and initiative, Lincolnshire Police could be the right place for you.

We're currently welcoming applications from Constable transferees to join our team, with multiple intakes planned throughout the remainder of 2026, and into 2027.

We welcome applications from serving officers looking to transfer into our force, especially those eager to make a meaningful impact in the east of Lincolnshire. While we will consider requests for other locations, offers will be made in line with operational requirements - which are currently focused on Boston, Spalding, Skegness, and Mablethorpe.

Whether you're drawn to the vibrant coastal communities of Mablethorpe and Skegness, or the strong sense of local pride in Boston and Spalding, this is your opportunity to bring your experience to a force that values community-focused policing. We’re looking for officers ready for a fresh challenge - where your contribution will be recognised and where you can help shape the future of policing in these key areas.

To support a smooth transition into Lincolnshire Police, we are pleased to offer a Transferring Officer Relocation Expenses Package for eligible applicants. This package allows transferees to claim up to £8,000 towards the costs associated with relocating to Lincolnshire.

Eligible expenses may include:

  • Removal and storage fees
