Are you curious, analytical and motivated by protecting integrity within policing? We are seeking a high‑calibre part-time Intelligence Researcher to support the Counter Corruption Unit in identifying, understanding and disrupting internal corruption risks.
The Role
You will:
- Research and evaluate information from multiple sources to identify emerging risks and threats
- Produce clear, high-quality intelligence products that inform operational decision-making
- Support proactive work to prevent, predict and investigate corruption across the workforce
- Work closely with analysts and investigators in a fast-paced, intelligence-led environment

- Have strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Can interpret complex information and communicate it clearly
- Are highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Demonstrate integrity, discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive material
- Are confident using IT systems, including data analysis and reporting tools
Experience in intelligence, research, policing, or a related environment is desirable but not essential
