Main Purpose of Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Performance and Insight Team as a Research and Data Returns Officer. You will be responsible for the research, collection and disclosure of information in line with legislation, supporting organisational compliance with data return requirements including Home Office mandated Annual Data Requirements (ADR) as well as the provision of publicly accessible crime data through the Police.uk website. This will also include ensuring you are kept abreast of any changes in data return requirements inline with both local and nationally identified policing priorities.
You will also support the development of Power BI products to enable data extraction and performance management, including initial development and maintenance of reports to ensure continued relevance.
