We have a rare opportunity for a talented Business Change Project Manager to lead the delivery of transformational projects across force-wide, regional and partnership programmes.

As a Business Change Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from concept through to implementation and benefits realisation. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of governance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and delivering business change projects across multiple workstreams.
- Developing robust project plans, managing dependencies and driving delivery.
- Building and leading cross-functional project teams.
- Managing budgets, resources, risks and issues.
- Engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders and external partners.
- Establishing effective governance structures and reporting progress to project boards and sponsors.
- Supporting the successful adoption and embedding of organisational change.
- Representing projects at force, regional and national forums where required.
To be successful in this post, you'll be a confident and proactive project professional with a proven track record of delivering successful business change initiatives.
We're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:
- Significant experience managing business change projects from initiation through to completion.
- Strong programme and project planning skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
- Budget management and resource planning expertise.
- The ability to influence, negotiate and build productive relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- A PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification (or equivalent) or a willingness to work towards gaining it.
This post requires occasional travel across the South East region and the UK. As such, the successful candidate will require a full UK driving licence.
Due to the nature of our work, security is of paramount importance to us and therefore it will be necessary to pass and maintain vetting level SC together with a number of enhanced security checks. In order to achieve this, you must be a British National and have resided in the UK for the past five years. Exemptions may apply for overseas or other diplomatic service (with HM Government), and those studying abroad.
