You will have the autonomy to deliver accurate processing of requests which will fill the high number of vacancies that we will have going forward. We hope that you are experienced in using an applicant tracking system. If not training will be given. You will be required to maintain productive working relationships with customers, colleagues and managers, in order to provide an engaging customer experience.

Experience of recruitment processes specifically around high volume recruitment.
Operating in a customer-focussed environment.
Experience of IT systems
Experience of using Applicant Tracking system computer systems within a HR or recruitment environment.
Experience of administering high volumes of transactional activity, task planning and meeting challenging deadlines.
Hybrid working is part of this role, however on-site parking is available.
Please note you will be required to work from other GMP sites to support the Recruitment process.
