Administrative Assistant - YHROCU

The Yorkshire and Humber Regional Organised Crime Unit are looking to recruit an administration assistant.
The role of the Admin assistant is to support the YHROCU Intel capability, offering an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established regional unit working alongside police forces and partner agencies.
The role is to provide an administration function, including (not exhaustive):
•Daily support for the Regional Intel unit (RIU).
•Management of the GATEWAY mailbox.
•Support for the MARTOM (Multi Agency Regional tasking and Oversight Meeting).
•Recording of the fast parcels.
•Actions from various meetings.
•Monitor mailbox and allocate work to work streams through email or use of the mailbox folders.
•Identify requests for operational support and share with the GATEWAY.
•Review any general requests for information, points of contacts etc and either deal with if within scope for Admin assistant, or alert DS or DI.
•Review any briefings/guidance documents for relevance and distribute accordingly.
The ideal candidate will have good organisational skills, good communication, able to work as part of a small fast paced team, experience of working with computerised databases and must be able to adapt to dynamic priorities and tasking.
