We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver key projects that support the strategic priorities of Lincolnshire Police. Working within PRINCE2 guidelines, you will oversee projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring high‑quality outcomes that meet defined time, cost and performance standards. What You’ll Be DoingYou will take ownership of one or more projects, providing clear leadership to project teams and coordinating daily activity to maintain momentum and control. This includes planning, resource management, monitoring budgets, and ensuring all project documentation meets PRINCE2 and Force Change Manual requirements.
You’ll manage risks and issues, support partner‑led projects, maintain strong communication with stakeholders, and ensure regular reporting to senior officers, SROs and Boards. Your role will also involve representing the force in regional collaboration activity and supporting staff through periods of change by offering clear, timely information.
Your work will directly influence the force’s ability to implement effective change and improvements that benefit both internal teams and the communities we serve. By ensuring projects are well‑managed, well‑communicated and aligned with organisational priorities, you will help deliver improvements that support operational effectiveness, collaboration and public confidence. This role is essential in ensuring that investment leads to meaningful outcomes and long‑term benefits.
