Prevent Officer - Anti Corruption Unit

About the Role

We are seeking a Prevent Officer to join Lincolnshire Police's Anti-Corruption Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in protecting the integrity of the organisation by leading preventative initiatives, raising awareness of corruption risks, and supporting the delivery of the Force's Anti-Corruption Strategic Threat Assessment and Control Strategy.

Working with colleagues, partner agencies and the wider community, you will help identify, prevent and reduce corruption, while promoting the highest professional standards across the Force.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading and delivering corruption prevention and awareness initiatives across Lincolnshire Police.
  • Designing and implementing education, engagement and communication campaigns to reduce corruption risks.
  • Building strong relationships with partner agencies and stakeholders to encourage reporting and promote best practice.
  • Delivering presentations, guidance and advice to officers, staff, partners and vulnerable individuals on corruption-related matters.
  • Supporting the development of prevention strategies and organisational learning to strengthen professional standards.
  • Monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of anti-corruption initiatives, helping to shape future improvements and change.
  • Keeping up to date with emerging risks, legislation, guidance and professional standards within policing.
