We are seeking a skilled and analytical professional to support the Crime Department by monitoring, analysing and presenting performance information that informs decision-making and drives improvement. This role plays a key part in supporting senior leaders and embedding the Force’s values, vision and culture in line with our strategic priorities.
What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll analyse and interpret crime and vulnerability data, producing high-quality performance reports, briefings and presentations for senior leaders and wider stakeholders. You’ll attend performance meetings to present insights, coordinate data collection to identify trends, respond to internal and external requests for information, and undertake research projects on behalf of the Crime Senior Management Team. You’ll also identify and share best practice to support high performance and a consistent, corporate approach across the Force.
