The Strategic Performance Team (Corporate Development Branch) is looking for technically skilled, creative and engaging people to join our team of performance developers. As a developer, you will scope and build interactive data and information products that support senior leaders, supervisors and staff to manage and deliver excellent performance. Alongside good technical expertise, your ability to process large data sets and to communicate succinct information from these to generate performance insight for customers, will be highly valued. If you have a passion for continuous improvement and want to work collaboratively with people from all levels of the organisation in driving GMP’s performance management framework, we would love to hear from you. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the corporate brain of GMP, where you will have the opportunity to grow and show your skills and to work on projects that directly impact performance improvement.
