PCC HR Advisor

We are looking to recruit an HR Advisor to join our People Standards & Development Command. This is a key professional role providing a high-quality, customer-focused HR advisory service across Durham Constabulary and to the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC).

Initially, the post holder will support the HR function for the Police and Crime Commissioner until 2028, after which the role will transition fully into the Durham Constabulary HR Team.
