PCC Anti-Social Behaviour Case Review Co-Ordinator

This role will enable the Police and Crime Commissioner and other partners to:

Provide victims of Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) the right to request a case review when their reported ASB incidents are continuing or remain unaddressed.

Encourage a joined up, multi-agency, problem solving approach to resolve the most persistent, complex cases of ASB.

Work with victims and provide a victim-centred approach to the resolution of ASB.

What You’ll Do

To co-ordinate the ASB Case Review Process across County Durham and Darlington.

To work with and effectively co-ordinate all internal and external partners throughout their participation in the ASB Case Review process

To be the first point of contact and assistance to those requesting an ASB Case Review.

To maintain appropriate records and review outcomes to ensure effective working.

Provide support to the Independent ASB Chair throughout the ASB Case Review process.

Maintain accurate performance data and mange quarterly returns to the Home Office.

Carry out other administrative tasks where required.
