The Out of Court Resolutions Team is a busy and proactive team working directly with offenders and victims. Primarily, this is through face-to-face assessments and interventions using a variety of evidenced-based approaches and alongside partner organisations.
The team is tight-knit and learning focused. There are opportunities to undertake training in various areas (for example, motivational interviewing techniques, drug awareness, public health approaches) and shadow both within the team and across other departments. There are also opportunities to take on projects based on your interests and experience in order to improve delivery or trial new ways of working.
This post covers Devon, with the expectation that you will also need to travel into Cornwall when necessary, as we are a force-wide team.
