We are looking for someone to #JoinUs as an Operational Business Support Manager in our Specialist Crime department. Could you be who we are looking for?

About the team/Department you will be joining:

You will be joining Specialist Crime, made up of the Safeguarding and Public Protection and Crime and Criminal Justice Commands.

This role will be based in the Kingsway, Bridgend.

About the role and your key responsibilities:

 

  • You will manage and pro-actively develop quality operational support functions (business and administrative) to ensure SWP’s operational and management teams receive the support they need to deliver a first-class service to the communities of South Wales.
  • To act as the link between strategy and implementation and be the driver of organisational change within the business support environment, within your BCU or department.

 

What skills and experience do we need you to bring to the role:

 

  • We are looking for someone who has previous experience of managing staff, budgets and business processes.
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Excellent organisational skills

The successful Candidate must be willing to undergo vetting to MV/SC Vetting.
