We are looking for someone to #JoinUs as an Operational Business Support Administrator in our Strategic Public Protection Department. Could you be who we are looking for?
About the team/Department you will be joining:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operational Business Support Administrator to join the team based in Bridgend; you’ll be working alongside another administrator in the Business Unit.
About the role and your key responsibilities:
- To provide an administrative support service in a multi-functional capacity within the Business Unit of the Strategic Public Protection Department, which supports the wider Safeguarding and Public Protection Command.
- To provide administrative support including typing/audio transcription and word processing duties; maintain and review filing systems; undertake research and preparatory work to provide information via a range of computer systems; record and distribute minutes of meetings.
What skills and experience do we need you to bring to the role:
- Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Must have high standard of keyboard skills including good speed and accuracy.
- Must have experience in audio typing.
- Must be able to demonstrate effective communication with customers and colleagues at all levels.

The successful Candidate must be willing to undergo vetting to MV/SC Vetting.
