The Regional DVI Coordinator role is an opportunity to be part of shaping and maintaining the North West Regional response to Mass fatality and excess death.
The role will involve preparation and planning including working with various partners across the North West region and nationally. As part of this role you will support each force within the region to ensure they have a cadre of staff that can be utilised in the event of any deployment, this maybe local to the force or as part of mutual aid regionally. You will maintain the links between regional forces answering to the reginal Lead Sim and be a key part in ensuring training, exercising and CPD.

Have a good understanding of Major incidents and an operational response to them.
