What You’ll Do
To identify, order parts and replenish stocks daily ensuring that minimum adequate stock levels and high vehicle availability are maintained.
To arrange supply of parts and deliveries, for the Fleet workshop. Collection of vehicle parts as required from suppliers.
To issue workshop Technicians with vehicle parts and supplies. To discuss parts supply requirements with Vehicle Technicians and Fleet Workshop Supervisors.
To check invoices against original orders ensuring correct prices and discounts have been stated and recorded
To meet manufacturers and suppliers representatives in order to maintain an up to date product knowledge and cost effective parts provision.
