Do you feel passionately about helping the helpers? Are you an experienced qualified Mental Health professional with proven ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary clinical teams, able to demonstrate excellent communication, assessment, and formulation skills, to provide evidence-based intervention?
If you have substantive experience of working with people experiencing a range of presenting mental health symptoms and conditions and an understanding of trauma focused clinical pathways, we would like to hear from you. A strong knowledge of and ability to identify and triage mental health risk management is also essential along with exceptional clinical skills and a compassionate approach.
With direct line management and clinical supervision from the Senior RMN, your role will involve providing advice and guidance to identify appropriate therapeutic pathways, to support individuals and supervisors in positive engagement to sustain and or return to work. Candidates will hold a valid RMN qualification and be registered with the NMC.
