This includes advertising roles, coordinating assessments and selection processes, managing candidate engagement, and ensuring all pre-employment activity is completed accurately and in line with organisational standards.
As a central point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, we ensure clear communication, consistency, and a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey. We also work collaboratively across HR and wider departments to ensure timely offers, contracts, and onboarding.
