Marketing and Recruitment Campaigns Officer

We’re looking for a creative marketing specialist with the flair to create campaigns to support our local priorities, as well as attract first-rate police officers and staff to help us protect the communities of Nottinghamshire.

You’ll be a compelling storyteller who will work within our wider communications team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, as we engage with audiences through a variety of channels.

We are looking for someone who is an experienced, passionate and energetic marketing professional who can help deliver our force’s wider marketing and campaigns activity and make a real difference to the communities that we serve.

This role plays a key part in helping us to achieve this by devising and running creative campaigns to help keep our communities safe, and to attract talented people who will uphold the values and behaviours we expect of everyone at Nottinghamshire Police.

All shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a single stage interview and assessment at our headquarters in Arnold, Nottingham. Interviews are expected to take place on Thursday 4 June.

For current Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner staff applicants, please note that Nottinghamshire Police would be a new employer. However, an agreement has been made whereby all tenure and length of service will be honoured.

Vetting Level – Management – you must have resided in the UK for at least the last 5 years, with less than 12 months spent abroad (some exceptions for those living on a UK military base).
